Sending Your Cards to FLG Grading

Follow these guidelines to ensure your cards arrive safely and are processed efficiently.

Packaging Requirements

Card Protection

  • Place each card in a penny sleeve
  • Insert into a semi-rigid card holder or toploader
  • Use team bags for additional protection
  • Never use rubber bands or paper clips

Shipping Container

  • Use a sturdy cardboard box or padded envelope
  • Wrap card holders in bubble wrap
  • Fill empty space with packing material
  • Ensure cards cannot move during transit

Required Documentation

Include with Your Shipment:

  • Completed submission form with order details
  • Payment information or pre-paid invoice
  • Return shipping instructions and address
  • Insurance requirements (for high-value cards)
  • Special handling requests if applicable

Insurance and Tracking

Recommended Insurance Levels:

  • Up to $500: Standard carrier insurance
  • $500 - $2,500: Declared value insurance
  • $2,500+: Third-party insurance required

Important: Always use tracking and signature confirmation for valuable shipments.

Return Shipping

Once grading is complete, we offer several return shipping options:

  • Standard Return: USPS Priority Mail with tracking
  • Express Return: UPS/FedEx overnight service
  • Insured Return: Full declared value insurance
  • Signature Required: Adult signature confirmation

Processing Timeline

Express Service: 2-3 business days
Standard Service: 7-10 business days
Economy Service: 15-20 business days

International Shipping

We accept international submissions with the following requirements:

  • Customs declaration required for all packages
  • Customer responsible for all customs fees and duties
  • Extended processing times for international orders
