Service Satisfaction Guarantee
30-Day Quality Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with our grading service within 30 days of receiving your graded cards, we offer a review process to address your concerns.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Full Refund Conditions
- Service error on our part (incorrect grading, damage during processing)
- Failure to complete service within promised timeframe (with no customer delay)
- Authentication errors resulting in incorrect authenticity determination
- Processing errors that affect the final grade significantly
Partial Refund Conditions
- Minor processing delays due to unforeseen circumstances
- Cosmetic issues with card holders that don't affect protection
- Customer satisfaction issues resolved through re-evaluation
Non-Refundable Services
Services Not Eligible for Refund:
- Customer disagreement with assigned grade (grade disputes follow separate process)
- Services completed according to our published standards
- Express service fees once processing has begun
- Shipping and handling charges
- Cards damaged during shipping (customer responsibility)
- Services canceled after processing has started
Refund Request Process

Review Process
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond with a resolution.
Resolution
If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Grade Review Process
If you disagree with a grade assigned to your card, we offer a separate grade review process:
- Review Fee: $10 per card (refunded if grade changes)
- Secondary Evaluation: Different grader reviews the card
- Grade Adjustment: If warranted, grade will be updated
- Final Decision: Review results are final
